YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING ALL INFORMATION AND BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS & POLICIES. FAILURE TO READ OR ABIDE BY THE POLICIES MAY RESULT IN BOOKING DEPOSIT FORFEITURE.

STUDIO POLICIES:

  • All clients must be 18 years of age or older. We do not accept Parent/Guardian Consents.

  • No guests, children (of any age) or animals are allowed in our private studio room. This is to prevent any distractions as well as cross-contamination and potential liability issues. If you bring guests/children with you, they will have to wait outside of the room in the main lobby area - under their own supervision - for the duration of your service. 

  • All Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed, understand and agree to all policies, Contraindications and Pre/Post Care for their specific appointment type(s) available here.

  • Clients also agree to thoroughly review all appointment information - including pre/post care, location, date and time - which will be sent via email after booking.

  • ID/Driver's License will need to be verified at start of your first appointment, so please make sure to bring it with you. We cannot work on you without your ID/Driver's License.

  • BellaNova Beauty Haus is not responsible for any fees/charges (including missed work wages, travel expenses for clients who are not local, etc.) related to rescheduling and/or cancellations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

BOOKING POLICES:​

  • Touchup tiers are determined by amount of time since your last (most recent) appointment to your new scheduled appointment date. "Months" and "Years" are calculated by date to date. (Example, if you are trying to schedule a 4 Week - 4 Month Touchup and your last appt was on 1/31/24, then your Touchup would need to be before 5/31/24, etc.)

  • ***IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE - You must put THEIR first and last name on the appointment. You can put your phone & email address if needed, but the name on the appointment has to be the person who is getting the service

FINANCE POLICES:​

  • Financed appointments are not eligible for discounts/promos. They are flat fee. 

  • A non-refundable & non-transferable booking deposit and finance fee are required to secure all appointments. The booking deposit and finance fee are detailed in the checkout page. 


RESCHEDULES / LATE POLICY / NO SHOWS:

  • RESCHEDULES:

    • Appointments can be rescheduled via text or email with at least 24 hours notice given. A maximum of TWO reschedules by the client are allowed per deposit. If you reschedule more than two times, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking deposit & finance fee will be forfeited.

    • If less than 24 hours notice is given, your appointment will be completely cancelled and your booking deposit and finance fee will be forfeited. A new booking deposit and finance fee will be required to schedule. (Your loan amount will be cancelled EXCEPT FOR any applicable Booking Deposits, Finance Fees, and/or No Show Fees)

  • LATE POLICY:

    • Please arrive early/on time. We normally book clients back to back with little to no time in between.

    • There is a 15 minute late policy. Any more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being completely cancelled and your booking deposit and finance fee being forfeited. (Your loan amount will be cancelled EXCEPT FOR any applicable Booking Deposits, Finance Fees, and/or No Show Fees.)

    • Please also note that your appointment time slot will NOT be extended due to you being late.

  • NO SHOWS:

    • Please understand that we block out time just for you. If you do not show up or give us enough notice, we lose that appointment and income entirely.

    • If you No Call/No Show, your appointment will be completely cancelled, your booking deposit and finance fee will be forfeited, and you will be unable to book with us again in the future. (Your loan amount will be cancelled EXCEPT FOR any applicable Booking Deposits, Finance Fees, and/or No Show Fees.)

      • This also includes if you show up to your appointment and we have to cancel due to you failing to read the policies or medical contraindications that are on our website prior to booking, and emailed to you after booking.

  • CANCELLATIONS:

    • If the client decides to cancel the appointment completely instead of rescheduling, the deposit is still NON-REFUNDABLE. (Your loan amount will be cancelled EXCEPT FOR any applicable Booking Deposits, Finance Fees, and/or No Show Fees.)
